Ann and Joe, snowbirds spending half of their time in Florida, recently relocated to Oxbow Ridge in order
to be closer to their grandchildren. Ann said she really loves her home at Oxbow Ridge. "We consider it a very safe community and feel comfortable leaving it while we are gone for the winter." Ann and Joe enjoy "game night" every Wednesday. Each week they play something different. Ann and Joe said that they have made many new friends.
Although this community is an Active Adult Community (for folks aged 55+), the Association allows up to 20% of the owners to be younger than age 55, with board approval.
Other community features: there are concrete walkways and irrigation systems in the front lawn of each home. The majority of the residences previously lived in the local community, and they recognize that Oxbow Ridge is in a great location and a quality home.
